How we use the personal information you send us through this website, and your rights. Last updated 27 September 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Deeplink. We are the “controller” of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy through our contact form.
What we collect, and why
When you contact us. If you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you want, to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our work, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
When you visit. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the website and keep it secure. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you start filling in the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person rather than a bot; Cloudflare may set a cookie that is needed for that check.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We use a few trusted providers who process it on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the Turnstile spam check.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google provides our email service (Google Workspace).
Some of these providers process information outside the UK. Where they do, they are covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we start working together, in which case we keep what our contract and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. You can also object to how we use it. We’ll reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
We’ll update this notice if the way we use information changes, and show the date at the top.
